[Abstract]
 Special vector systems are introduced, with each element being obtained 
 by multiplying the previous one by a unitary matrix. Necessary and sufficient 
 conditions for a such system to be a tight frame are stated. The relationship
 between considered tight frames and general harmonic frames is demonstrated. 
 As an example it is shown how to reduce the Mercedes-Benz frame to a general 
 harmonic frame.
